GAME: KeyForge: Call of the Archons
ORGANIZER: Khoa L
START TIME: 12:30PM
END TIME: 5:30PM
PLAYERS: minimum of 8 players
DETAILS: Prairie Game Expo is excited to host its first KeyForge Archon tournament. In this tournament, KeyForge players compete in a Swiss-style tournament, with each round being a single match. Wins and losses are reported to the tournament organizer (Khoa L). There will be four or five rounds depending on the number of players and the time available. Each round is 50 minutes.

Players are responsible for bringing all of the game components they need to play a game of KeyForge.
This includes Æmber tokens, damage counters, a chain tracker, and status cards. For Archon tournaments, players must also bring their own unique deck, including the deck's identity card.

Any player who attempts to alter the contents of their deck so that it contains anything other than what is listed on its identity card is not eligible to compete in a KeyForge tournament. If, during the course of the tournament, a player is discovered to have altered their deck, that player is disqualified and his or her opponent receives a win for the round. Players must use the same deck for the duration of the tournament.

Each player's identity card must be visible and accessible at all times. Players are only able  to review their opponent's list prior to the match (standard 2 minute time limit).

KeyForge: Call of the Archons is the world's first Unique Deck Game. Every single Archon Deck that you'll use to play is truly unique and one-of-a kind, with its own Archon and its own mixture of cards in the deck. If you pick up an Archon Deck, you know that you're the only person in existence with access to this exact deck and its distinct combination of cards. In fact, in just the first set of KeyForge, Call of the Archons, there are more than 104 quadrillion possible decks!

To register for a spot in the tournament please post a reply in this PGX forum.  Pre-registration is not necessary to participate and there is no limit to the number of players. If you are interested in KeyForge or already play KeyForge, there is a Facebook group where local KeyForge players chat about the game: https://www.facebook.com/groups/543652469481502/

Full, official tournament rules can be found here, but please keep in mind the tournament at PGX will be in the Relaxed format, which fosters support of new players and helps grow the KeyForge community.
