Can I volunteer for the Registration table for 9AM?
You may have to tweak the rules for the Smash Up tournament. One game of 4-player Smash Up generally takes an hour (though 45 minutes is not unreasonable), so we won't be able to get 3 rounds completed in the preliminary round. You may also need to have a tie-breaker rule.
I would also recommend modifying the base rules to be bases equal to the number of players, instead of the rulebook's number of players +1. It helps speed things up.
I couldn't comment on the locked post.
All that being said, I am definitely in for the Smash Up and 7 Wonders tournaments!

Thanks for the feedback, Davey. I will adjust the tournament.
We were just informed by our partner, the Al Ritchie Community Association, that PGX has been moved to January 13, 2017 (from the 27th).
Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please sign me up for Blood Rage. Thank you :)

Would there be any interest in an Adventure League Epic?
DDEP07-01 Peril at the Port is the name of the Epic Adventure only available at conventions, and it would require a minimum of 4 tables to qualify. That being said i'd be happy to run one of those tables and try to convince a few others to run some as well if there was enough interest.
Comic Readers would have to fill out the form to get the module though.

GAME: Dragon Ball Super Card Game
ORGANIZER: Hayden / Adam
START TIME: 11:00am - 3:00pm
DURATION: varies
PLAYERS: 2 players per game
DETAILS: The Dragon Ball Super Card Game is the newest iteration of the Dragon Ball license applied to a collectible card game. While borrowing some basic terms and ideas from previous versions of the game, DBS introduces a number of new mechanics including a unique "combo" system, cards used for multiple purposes (energy, combos and characters) and a system designed to emulate the tendency of Dragon Ball characters to "power up" after taking damage.
Prairie Game Expo is excited to announce Hayden and Adam (moderators of the Dragon Ball Super TCG Club) will be attending from 11:00am - 3:00pm to showcase the new Dragon Ball Super Card Game. Adam and Hayden are available to battle existing players, teach new players, and answer questions. Existing players are encouraged to bring their own decks. New players can make use of a introductory deck provided by ComicReaders. (Decks available while supplies last.)
ComicReaders Downtown hosted its first official Dragon Ball Super tournament in December 2017. It was attended by 13 players, which is an amazing turnout for the first tournament. It's a sign that the Dragon ball Super community is growing in Regina.
I can bring a copy of Blood Rage, and will play.

I've been to a few PGX's in the past, but was always too shy/nervous to get too involved. That is also what has kept me from attending Tuesday events. I hope to come out to one at some point, but it still seems very intimidating. (I'm also booked up on Tuesday with a class now until the end of March). I will work hard to overcome my fear/intimidation and make it out to some more events I am sure.
Thanks again :)

Don't be shy - if you look lost when you come, our evening's ambassador will come talk to you and help you find a game, or you can sign up for one in advance. We're very welcoming to new people :)
If you intend to come, you could always post in a thread and give us a sense of what kind of game you're comfortable with, and we can help find you a good match.
Nik, Brad and Devin...looks like I owe you a 3-D Viking Horn for Blood Rage. Sorry I forgot to add that to the PGX stuff. Let me know the best way to get them to you.
Might be able to stop in after work. Thanks~! :D
