If you make your character before coming, you have 30 exp to spend once you finished making your character.  Also, if you can, bring your own pool of ten dice of the 10 sided type, though I will have twenty for people to use.

I will be bringing Kingdom Death: Monster
This is a Cooperative Survival Horror game (with some amazing looking miniatures) as the players try to ensure the survival of their village against the horrors in the darkness around them.  If the Village population drops to 0 the Players lose.  If the players manage to survive to defeat the Watcher they win.  This is a Campaign style game meant to be played over several sessions with only 1 or 2 turns played a night.

This will be the first turn of the Campaign game, and my plan is to bring the game every 3rd game day of each month.  The game is designed in such a way that players can rotate freely so if you don't get in one week don't worry nothing will be keeping you from getting in next time (except other players)

If possible I would like to write up a record of how the Village progresses from month to month either in a thread on the forum or in the newsletter. 

Setting this at age 18+ as some of the art and descriptions can get a little gory (Lion tears your head off and such)

I just picked up the recently-reprinted steampunk/role-selection/area control game Mission: Red Planet so I'm bringing it out on Tuesday. Players are Victorian mining companies with their drills aimed at Mars (hence "steampunk"). Using role selection (a la Libertalia or Citadels) you get your astronauts onto rocketships bound for Mars (hopefully with nobody else sabotaging you in the process). The goal is to try and get the most astronauts in various regions to successfully mine the resources of the planet. The new version also adds event cards the moon Phobos.

It's got a few mechanisms at work but it isn't too bad so everyone's welcome to give it a try. It plays up to 6 and I'm fine with trying a full game. I've heard 6-player games take around 90min but since this is a teaching game it'll likely be a little longer.
