Fear the Boot for RPG's.
The Independent Characters for 40k.
Jaded Gamercast for non-GW miniatures games. Word of warning these guys are pretty salty, but I like them because they're from western Canada (Calgary and Edmonton).
For Age of Sigmar the two best are definitely: Heelanhammer and Garagehammer - both former WHFB podcasts.
