I see that the posted play time for Search for Planet X is 60 to 90 minutes.
At 60 minutes you will be at the threshold for the end of Meeple Monday.
At 90 minutes you'll be over the allotted time and will be walking out the door as Western Pizza closes as 10pm.
Our partnership with Western Pizza is brand new so we don't want to ripple the waters by staying over our allotted.
Please keep that in mind.

I'll be teaching and playing games at this Meeple Monday while Dana takes on the role of the night's Host.

GAME: Long Shot: The Dice Game
TEACHER: Chad Boudreau
START TIME: 6:30PM
DURATION: 45 minutes
# OF PLAYERS: 5
URL: Long Shot: The Dice Game

The game plays up to 8 players, but I think 5 will fit everyone comfortably around a table so I'm capping the number of players at 5.

Star Wars X-Wing Game Day

Description
Members of the Star Wars X-Wing Miniatures Game community are hosting a casual X-Wing event at the Sandra Schmirler Leisure Centre on Saturday, March 11, 2023.

This is a follow-up to an earlier event that brought together experienced and new players of Star Wars X-Wing.

Start time: 11:00 AM

Location: Room SU-1; Sunrise Branch of the Regina Public Library located within the Sandra Schmirler Leisure Centre. The leisure centre is located at 3130 Woodhams Drive, Regina.

Format: Players are encouraged to get together again and knock off some more of that rust or to put ships on the table for the first time in a long time. The space provided can accommodate quite a few players, so come out! If you know anyone that may be interested, bring them out too. This is a casual event, meaning pick-up games between players. This is a great chance to learn the game, too.

Questions about this event should be posted on the Regina X-Wing Facebook Group.

Do not respond to this SaskGames post because this thread is not being monitored by the organizer of this X-Wing event.

Purchase Tickets
Tickets need to be purchased to attend this event.
Tickets can be purchased on the Dinner & Dragons Web site.

Description
Dinner & Dragons is proud to present: Adventure Academy 3! This event is for children 10 and up who can learn to play Dungeons and Dragons and meet other like-minded kids who play as well.

The event is being hosted at the Cornwall Centre's The Studio rental space, across from Sasktel. This event is on Saturday May 6th, starting at 12:00 and going till roughly 5:00-6:00 PM depending on how long the game takes.  You are able to bring food from the mall, there is a private washroom in the space, and there is seating for parents to hangout while their children play if they aren't themselves playing.

This is for people who have never played before or just want the opportunity to play. There is no expectation of knowledge in advance of joining us, just a willingness to learn and play.

Parents, guardians, mentors, or any other adults in a child's life can play alongside them to learn those same skills as well at the table.

We are hosting 4 tables with 4 players at each. We are not dividing tables in advance as we want to organize this at the event by the age, number of adults, etc.

We will be running a 1st level adventure, The Murkmire Malevolence, where our adventurers are tasked with retrieving a mysterious egg ensconced in a museum to avert disaster. This adventure is from the most recent Dungeons and Dragons release, Keys from the Golden Vault. You will be provided with everything upon attending: character sheets, dice, pens, and paper but if you would like to bring your as well you are totally welcome to.

The adventure is set for 1st level player characters so if you would like to bring your own character in advance and make it home, we are okay with that as well.

A portion of the tickets being for the event are also being provided to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Regina for free to further our support of this great organization.

We have a code of conduct that we follow, as do our DMs, and we have some expectations as well for those attending to make sure we have a great time. If you would like to understand this more, you can read it here: https://dinneranddragons.com/code-of-conduct

Ticket sales cancelled within 48 hours of the event will not be reimbursed unless in extreme situations. It is difficult for us to resell these tickets and Dungeon Masters have to prepare with the expectation of a full roster.
