Yu-Gi-Oh Schedule For October 2023

DESCRIPTION
ComicReaders Downtown will be hosting four Yu-Gi-Oh events this month. We have two Locals tournaments and two Premiere events.

Locals are constructed tournaments, meaning players bring their own tournament legal decks.

Premiere! Events are events that provide the opportunity to preview an upcoming set at an Official Tournament Store (OTS). Premiere! Events are primarily non-competitive events that ask for a high standard of sportsmanship from the Duelists. Premiere! Events are run as casual events, meaning that the level of rules enforcement is light to moderate. The primary goal of Premiere! Events is to encourage all participants to have an enjoyable experience while introducing them to the newest Booster Set release.

Each event is limited to 24 people.

Pre-registration is required to ensure your spot. This event is promoted on the Regina YuGiOh. All players MUST register in advance by responding to the event posts on the Regina YuGiOh. Do not respond to this post to register for the event. Do not assume you can walk into the store the day of the event to register.

A list of registered players will not be included on SaskGames, but we will do our best to update the post when events are full.

PANDEMIC PROTOCOLS
Non-medical masks will be voluntary for events at ComicReaders Downtown. We encourage people to make informed decisions and protect themselves and fellow players as regularly as possible. We won't be requiring people to leave behind contact info in case someone gets sick. We're going to leave those decisions to the players. We will revisit this policy should the change negatively impact event attendance or negatively impact the health of players participating in events. Related, you can now have drinks and snacks at events.
