I talked to Tempest about this last night at ComicReaders-- I received the Spring OP Kit for X-Wing this week. Tempest asked if we could run the event at the next Prairie Game Expo. I support that idea. And, Tempest, this will be a free event. No need for an entry fee.

The next Prairie Game Expo is on Saturday, May 28, 2016. 9am to 9pm. We'll start X-Wing at noon unless you folks had another suggestion for start time.
