I'm heading off on a digital trip
And that's what I plan to do!
I'm going away to a digital plain
And I ain't coming back real soon!

The whole thing is electrical!
It's running through my veins
That everything is connectable!

Hey! Digital....Hey! Digital....world, world, world!

The time has come for the corn to make a comeback. I'm not sure when yet, but I will post details when they become available...

(oooOOoOh, I'm so mysterious...)
Got a request for a game, check out this link right here: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/collection/user/t_shak I'd be more than glad to bring any of these out to play.

I'll try this one more time,

GAME TITLE: Baltimore and Ohio
TEACHER: Mark M
START TIME: 6:30
DURATION: 4 hrs
# OF PLAYERS: 3-6
URL: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/43307/baltimore-ohio

It really is a terrific game. In my opinion, the best of the train boardgames.

I'll bring out the dice/worker placement game Alien Frontiers with the Outer Belt Expansion (which just came out). We may throw in the Factions Expansion, too, but we'll see what the players think on Tuesday.

New players are welcome - I'll start off by teaching the game. It's usually around 90min but with teaching that may push it to 120min. And while it plays more, I want to keep it to 4 players (anything more than that can make the game too long).

DURATION: 120min (with teaching)

And I'll also bring out the negotiation game Chinatown (it just got reprinted). Players are merchants in the Chinatown district of 1960's New York, trying to build the biggest businesses to get the best pay-out. But what the game really boils down to is pure negotiation (the main phase of each turn is a negotiating free-for-all). Everyone tries to trade plots of land, various stores and the least amount of money so they can expand their businesses and end up with the most money in the end.

Everyone's welcome to play - it's pretty straight-forward (though just a heads-up that it's on the more-interactive side). The box says 60min but with teaching and new players I'd say 90min, instead.
