Great article - very interesting read. I was thinking that instead of trying to puzzle out those they can't understand themselves, the archaeologists involved should bring in game designers to see what they can make of them.

That is a good idea.  There is probably some people out there with more in depth knowledge as far as how games work and potentially historical gaming as well.  Its pretty neat the stuff archeologists find though.
