Heroclix - Teen Titans Booster Draft

DESCRIPTION

We thought we would try out something different for release week of Teen Titans.

The tourney will run with a maximum of eight people. We will take a case of Teen Titans that will eventually be split between all eight people. Cost per player is $25.

Every player will take a booster, open it, take one figure out and then pass the remaining four figures to the player on the right. Everyone will keep doing that until they have five figures. Then everyone will open another booster and do the same thing again, this time passing to the player on their left. In the end, everyone will have ten figures in which to make a 300 point team.

The tournament will last three rounds, with Swiss style pairings. At the end, players will be ranked from 1 to 8. The first place player will get their choice of the two super boosters from the case. Then we will take all the figures from the sixteen boosters plus the remaining super booster and take turns picking them as prizes. First place gets first choice, second gets choice of remaining figures, etc. Once the eighth place player picks a figure, we start from the beginning again.

Pre-registration and pre-payment is required.
