Hi everyone,

Summer is over and with it much of the activities, family outings, and holidays that filled up people's weekends.  And that clears the way to resume Strategy Saturday.  It has been awhile since we've been able to get together but this coming Saturday is the second of September so I'm looking forward to an evening of relaxing with friends around a good game or two.


For the Feature Game Stu Glennie has agreed to teach Village along with its expansion Village Inn.  This game will play 5 players and is highly rated.  Click the game titles to check it out at BoardGameGeek.

We'll be in the basement of Argyle Road Baptist Church (3510 Argyle Rd) from 7pm to midnight.  As usual we'll have our snack counter open so feel free to contribute a drink or something to munch on.  And feel free to bring along friends (and to forward this email).

PS - It was just recently pointed out to me that the 'Saturday Gaming in Regina' brochure shows September 7 as the date for this month.  I hope that no one end up showing up this past Saturday.  I apologize for missing that error when I approved the printing.  I see that December's Strategy Saturday is also scheduled for the 7th.  We may or may not go with that date as in past years we have done Strategy Saturday a weekend early in December.  I will keep you all posted as that day draws closer.
