DESCRIPTION
ComicReaders Downtown is celebrating Free RPG Day this year!

Established in 2007, Free RPG Day works with participating hobby game retailers and RPG publishers to bring new and exclusive RPG quickstart rules and adventure modules into the hands of gamers.

Details will be added soon. We are waiting for the Free RPG Day retail kit to arrive at which time we will list what is available. We will also update this post at that time to include information about in-store specials.

As a part of the Free RPG Day celebration, Corey will be running the "We Be Goblins Free!" Pathfinder Module at ComicReaders Downtown.

Start Time: 12pm
Players: 4 (maximum)

Please sign-up in advance by responding to this post.

Previous experience is not required. Pre-generated 4th level goblins will be provided, but players can bring their own 4th level goblins if you should happen to already have one.

Each participant will receive a copy of the "We Be Goblins Free!" module.

It's easy. Simply come to ComicReaders Downtown on Saturday, June 20, 2015 between 10am and 6pm. Each customer can choose 1 item from the Free RPG Day goodies for as long as supplies last. (Sorry, you can't have additional items for friends, family, or foes who could not make it. Also, no holds.)

Yes, you can. For free.
But...
The Free RPG Day kit was not free for us, so keep that in mind as you browse the store and see all the great RPG products and accessories we have on our shelves. **hint** **hint**

Any in-store events going on at Free RPG Day?
Yes. Corey is running the "We Be Goblins Free" Pathfinder Adventure Module at 12pm. 4 players maximum. No experience necessary. Pre-register by posting in this forum.

I'm a GM / DM / Gamemaster with experience. Can I run something in-store on Free RPG Day?
Yes! If you are interested in running a short, introductory adventure in your favorite RPG system, contact ComicReaders Downtown by responding to this post or calling us at 306-779-0900 no later than Wednesday, June 17, 2015. We will want to know your name, the system you're running, the maximum number of players and the start time. You will be required to bring everything your players need, including dice and character sheets. ComicReaders Downtown can provide table space, chairs, scrap paper, and pens.

What's this I've heard about a dice scavenger hunt?
Oh no! Word has gotten out about our Free RPG Day dice scavenger hunt. Hidden around the store on Free RPG Day are 8 green Free RPG dice. Customers are invited to look for these dice. If you find one, bring it to the counter and exchange it for an additional Free RPG Day goodie of your choice. If you find two or more, don't be a greedy goblin! Leave those dice where they are so someone else can enjoy extra Free RPG Day swag. (The dice will be "hidden" in sight. You won't need to empty shelves, open boxes, loot the till, frisk the staff or any other such nonsense.
