The box is very specific with 30-60 minutes, BGG says 45 minutes, so with some rules explanation I don't think we'll be ready by 8.

I'd like to bring out Metropolys, a nice city building game with some auctioning/bidding mechanism to determine who gets to build which building in which part of the city.
