At each table, there will be 1 Imperial player and 2 Rebel players. We can decide who will be who when the players arrive.

I have devised the basic squad composition. Those will be revealed before the game begins. Each player group (Rebels / Imperials) will be able to round out their squads with a set point value of ship / pilot enhancements.

WHAT IS X-WING?
X-Wing is a miniatures game from Fantasy Flight Games set in the Star Wars universe. Based on the Wings of War game system, X-Wing pits Rebels vs. Imperials in intense space combat. These are ship-to-ship dogfights in which players control the awesome ships of the Star Wars universe-- including X-Wing, Y-Wing, Tie Fighter and Tie Fighter Advanced, A-Wing, Slave I, and even the Millennium Falcon.

SCENARIO DESCRIPTION

Escort Mission is a playable scenario for 4 players written by ComicReaders Downtown's Chad Boudreau.

BACKGROUND

In the early days of the Rebellion against the Empire, disrupting shipping in Imperial controlled regions was a key strategy for the Alliance. The Rebels would make strikes against Imperial cargo containers. A small group of Rebel starfighters would drop out of hyperspace, destroy the containers, and jump back to safety before the escorting Imperial ships could effectively engage the Rebels.

MISSION

Rebels
In this scenario, the Rebels seek to not only engage and destroy Imperial transports, but also latch onto one transport and steal military hardware vital to the struggling Rebellion in the local system. The objectives of the Rebels, therefore, are as follows:

- Scan transports to locate military hardware
- Dock a YT-1300 to the transport containing military hardware
- Steal military hardware
- Destroy all transports

Imperials
Protect the transports. Engage and destroy Rebel forces.

DESCRIPTION
Yu-Gi-Oh tournaments are held every Saturday at ComicReaders Downtown. Feel free to show up early because players are always visiting, trading and playing casually before the tournament.

ComicReaders Downtown is an Konami sanctioned tournament store. This means every game you play at ComicReaders Downtown are logged into a Konami event reporter so you can log in and see not only your win / loss record but also how you rank compared to players from around the world.

A Konami player id card is required to play at a tournament store. ID cards are available from ComicReaders Downtown. Sign up is easy. There is not cost.

For the month of July, every participant will receive either a Return of the Duelist or Ra Yellow booster pack (for as long as supplies last).

Sunday Limited Magic *Magic: The Gathering*

DESCRIPTION
Sunday is Limited day at ComicReaders Downtown.  We alternate back and forth from week to week playing Draft and Sealed Deck, usually with the most recent set.  Limited is a great way to learn to play competitive Magic without needing to have a large collection, and a great way to acquire new cards.
