It's an edition that was made for Target stores in a slimmed down box, but I'm pretty positive it contains everything you would get in the original edition.

Confirmed! I saw this on reddit the other day, but didn't think to post it here. I picked up a copy for my work, and have been trying to spread the word.
Saw someone throw one of them up on FB marketplace for $30, that's gross. You can tell it's the Dollarama version because it's got the slimmer box with the window box cover.
Was at Dollarama today and saw Ishtar (https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/271088/ishtar-gardens-babylon) ...I'm not sure if this one anyone has played. I passed on it this time, but I'm curious if this is one people have played? (I also figured I'd piggy back on this thread instead of starting a new one.)
