In ALIEN FRONTIERS we play the role of deep space colonist around a far off world.  We need to collect resources, build up our fleet and settle colonies on the planet surface.  In addition, some mysterious long-gone alien race has left strange technology on this planet that we can acquire and use. 
ALIEN FRONTIERS is a die-based worker placement game that involves hand and resource management and area control.

I want to start bringing this out the first Tuesday of each month - the winner of each game decides the starting state of the next. It'll be a neat way to do a bit of an open campaign, people can drop in and out as we go.

Set in a mythical land of the same name, Hyperborea is a light civilization game for 2 to 6 players that takes 20-25 minutes per player. The game begins at the time when the magic barrier protecting access to the mythical continent of Hyperborea suddenly falls.

Each player takes the role of the leader of a small kingdom situated just outside the now open to be conquered and explored land. Her kingdom has limited knowledge of housing, trade, movement, warfare, research, and growth, but new and exciting powers are hidden in Hyperborea.

I'll be there for 6:30 and I'll have some light & med. games with me to play until 7:30.
(Lately I try to keep that first hour open to play games with folks who show up without signing up for anything - like newcomers)
