Hi Not sure how to do this ? However in reference to the Warlord Game Variant rules using a Victory point system can be used and board size reduced to allow for 2 to 4 players. This would reduce the playing time to 90-120 min. I suggest repost with the variant rules ?

Any chance you'd want to run this after 8:00? It's draw night which means it's likely to be busy and Orléans might be a tight fit on a table for 4. If you're good with squishing in I'll put it up for 6:30.
I cannot play Orleans at 8 as we have to leave by 830 or 845
, so that's why I say all my hands have to be at 630
