Prairie Game eXpo is made possible thanks to the help of a number of volunteers. This thread is for the development of the schedule for volunteers running the Prairie Game eXpo registration table.

Attention all former Prairie Game eXpo volunteers: Please post if you are interested and able to take a shift on the registration table. Past volunteers include: Dana, Roxanne, Marc, Miles, Nicole, Bryce, Logan. (My apologies if I've forgotten anyone.)

And if you've attended Prairie Game eXpo or Chewsday Challenge and would like to lend a hand at the May 23rd, 2015 Prairie Game eXpo please reply to this forum.

I can take the 9am to 10am shift and am available to help set up friday evening/saturday morning

Thanks, Brent! If we get access to the venue Friday evening we'll start doing set up around 9pm. I'll let you know.

I just found out that I can have the time off from work, so my volunteering abilities now exist, yay!  I can help for a few hours during the day if needed, or just for one of the one hour blocks if that's all you need.  I can also come in on the day before if you need helpers then.  Cheers

You can take the 3pm - 4pm slot, if you're interested.

I've removed myself from 11am - 12pm because I am now running the Survive tournament. So now we're looking for a volunteer to work the registration from 11am - 12pm.

Take me off the volunteer list - I am away.

I can pick up Matt's spot, but not Dana's, as I am in the Survive tournament.

The city of Regina changed some of their policies, which means we can't set up tables and chairs the night before. If there are any early risers we could sure use some help at 8 am for set up.  :lol

Lareina, Chris and I will be there shortly after 8am. They are going to load the tabletops and terrain on Friday night and then pick me up close to 8am tomorrow.
