Hi everyone,
Happy New Year! 2016 was very eventful for many people. For my family it brought a big change with the passing of my father. But no matter what your experience was, the clock keeps moving forward. I hope that 2017 finds you and your family well and looking forward to new experiences and adventures. That could be a simple home project to an anticipated overseas trip - and anything in between.
Our first Feature Game this year will be Viticulture (https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/183394/viticulture-essential-edition). In Viticulture, the players find themselves in the roles of people in rustic, pre-modern Tuscany who have inherited meager vineyards. They have a few plots of land, an old crushpad, a tiny cellar, and three workers. They each have a dream of being the first to call their winery a true success. This game has received very good reviews and (more tellingly) a number of expansions. Check it out:
