Participants, please bring your game mats in case they are required. I can provide 4, so that will cover 8 of us.
I will be there, and I'll bring my mat. Looking forward to it!
It was a fun closely contested tournament, no one went undefeated, it was a mostly packed house in the Readers' gaming area (including 4 participants who drove down from Saskatoon). The top 4 players all went 3-1. Tom Wrigley won 1st with 577 MOV flying PalpAces: Inquistor, Omega Leader, Lambda, Wampa. Derek Chow placed 2nd with 567 MOV flying Triple Contracted Scouts. Chris Wilkie finished 3rd with 563 MOV flying Chewbacca and a Lothal Rebel. 4th was Darren Mathieu with 537 MOV flying a Crackswarm: Howlrunner, 2 Omega Sqds., 2 Black Sqds. & Wampa.
Big big thanks to Chad and the Comicreaders staff for hosting and providing prizes!
I'm glad the tournament was such a success.
We started reorganizing our inventory room this week and I found some leftover game kits. I put everything together in one box. Anyway, I've got it set aside and labelled. Lots there we can use for other tournaments and casual game days.
That sounds most excellent
