I'm going to bring out the Manhattan skycraper building game, New York 1901.

Relive the dawn of modern New York City, the historic years that made it what it is today. Build bigger and higher skyscrapers on some of Lower Manhattan's most iconic streets. Raise one of four legendary skyscrapers — the Park Row, the Singer, the Metropolitan Life, or the majestic Woolworth — and make one of them the crown jewel of your real estate empire!

In New York 1901, the players are building skyscrapers on a map of New York's Financial District. Players take location cards from a cards' display and then use 2-3 of those location cards to place tetris-shaped building tiles on the board. They first build bronze level buildings. Later in the game those buildings can be replaced by silver level and then gold level buildings.

Above and Below is a mashup of town-building and storytelling where you and up to three friends compete to build the best village above and below ground. In the game, you send your villagers to perform jobs like exploring the cave, harvesting resources, and constructing houses. Each villager has unique skills and abilities, and you must decide how to best use them. You have your own personal village board, and you slide the villagers on this board to various areas to indicate that they've been given jobs to do. Will you send Hanna along on the expedition to the cave? Or should she instead spend her time teaching important skills to one of the young villagers?

• Adult Science Night will take place on Thursday March 24, 2016 at the Saskatchewan Science Centre. The theme is "The Best of Adult Science Night" with features and attractions of several previous ASN events. • After 6 amazing years of service to Sask Games, the growth of the hobby, and the fostering of the community, Matt Robertson, a founder and pillar of the community, has decided to step down as Chief Meeple and Leader of the organization. 1000 thank you's Matt! Matt Robertson has been replaced by Brad Boileau (bboileau) as Chief Meeple of the Sask Games organization.
• It was Prize Night! Congratulations to Josh Appell for winning the $25 gift certificate to Boston Pizza. Unfortunately, the winner of the Comic Readers gift card was not in attendance, so it will carry over until next month.
