Unlike your parents, however, you have hopes and dreams! You want a bigger and more pleasant kingdom, with more rivers and a wider variety of trees. You want a Dominion! In all directions lie fiefs, freeholds, and feodums. All are small bits of land, controlled by petty lords and verging on anarchy. You will bring civilization to these people, uniting them under your banner.
But wait! It must be something in the air; several other monarchs have had the exact same idea. You must race to get as much of the unclaimed land as possible, fending them off along the way. To do this you will hire minions, construct buildings, spruce up your castle, and fill the coffers of your treasury. Your parents wouldn't be proud, but your grandparents, on your mother's side, would be delighted."

Sign me up for Dominion.
I can run another D_Day Dice if any one is interested at 6:30
Normandy, June 6th, 1944 – as you land on the well-defended beaches, a German machine gun nest is killing your comrades like flies. You must do something!
In D-Day Dice, players are Allied soldiers trying to organize improvised units for an attack against the machine gun nest. Each player starts the game with a unit of a few soldiers and nothing else. As the game progresses, he will collect resources and advance on the beach, sector by sector, as his unit grows stronger and deadlier. He will succeed...or die trying.
D-Day Dice is a multiplayer co-op game, where all players play their turn simultaneously and must help each other in order to stay alive. It also includes solitaire optional rules. Although built around dice rolling, this game is about resource management (soldiers, specialists, items and courage) and knowing when to move your unit. Resources are kept from turn to turn, so the players can plan ahead.
Please sign me up for D-Day Dice.
Private Robertson reporting for duty, sir!
Let's storm the beaches on D-Day Dice. :)
Just a reminder that March 4th is DRAW NIGHT!
:excited
Please let us know if you're attending and if you're bringing an awesome game to play!
Draw night hint: If you post in the weekly ChewsDay Challenge threads you get an extra entry into the monthly draw for every week you attend!
Matt Robertson! Bring Samurai, please!

Hi,
I'm a newbie to the Chewsday Challenge and I would love to sign up for D-Day Dice. I have the game but have never played it yet so this would be great.

I will also be attending and planning for risk legacy . Wouldn't mind trying out Small World underground or realms if you are interested Tyler - depending on how many risk games we get in also :)

I will be there for risk legacy this week guys.
I will be bringing "Catan Geographies Germany". It is a four player game and nshould take one hour.
I would also like to start at 6:30
I'm going to bring out Carcassonne South Seas for a 6 ish start. Tyler has already volunteered to join me in banana farming. It plays quick should be around 30 mins or so.
Woah woah woah, you didn't say anything about banana farming. I thought this was a family event! XD
I's like to try out the Catan Geographies Germany.
Hi, could you please add me for Dominion. Thanks.

Updated! Have a good game!
Bananas, you say? Intriguing.
Please add me to carcassone
I was thinking of bringing along Cave Troll tomorrow if there is any interest.
Regardless, I will be bringing a filler card game or two.
I would be up for carcassone at 600, if you think we will be done for 630.
Most of the games I'm bringing tonight play rather quick, so I won't set up any times, but I'm bringing Escape: The Curse of the Temple, Clue Suspect, Villages, and Machi Koro.
Escape is a game I've always wanted to try! However, I have signed up for games at 630 and 830. If you are around later in the night, and are running Escape, then ill jump in.
I have to leave at around 9 tonight so I'm just going to play it by ear.
A couple friends of mine are going to try and make it out tonight around 7pm and were wondering if anyone would be interested/willing to run a game of werewolf for them to join. I'll be bringing some other games for them to play with us if there isn't, but figured it couldn't hurt to ask in advance if there'd be interest. I'm unfortunately not comfortable enough with the game to run it or I would volunteer.

Regarding Werewolf: I cannot do that tonight, but I am thinking about planning another Werewolf specific game night (Perhaps at OHanlons)
Sounds good Matt. I'll be bringing Avalon along tonight, it's similar to werewolf but typically for smaller groups. I'll run that for them if nobody is doing werewolf. I'll definitely point them in your direction to talk about potential future Ohanlons event(s).
Keep me in the loop for that too Matt - I have never played and I have a version on Kickstarter right now, would be good to learn
To the person who wanted to play werewolf. Friends of mine own the game and if they are coming to this weeks Tuesday Challenge I will ask them to bring Werewolf. He has moderated it before and is pretty good!
