If you would like to schedule a game. Please post in this event thread with the following information:
Name of the game, when you would like to start, The duration of the game, and the number of players it can accommodate.
It's a favourite! It's a classic!:

The tile might feature a city, a road, a cloister, grassland or some combination thereof, and it must be placed adjacent to tiles that have already been played, in such a way that cities are connected to cities, roads to roads, etcetera. Having placed a tile, the player can then decide to place one of his meeples on one of the areas on it: on the city as a knight, on the road as a robber, on a cloister as a monk, or on the grass as a farmer. When that area is complete, that meeple scores points for its owner.
During a game of Carcassonne, players are faced with decisions like: "Is it really worth putting my last meeple there?" or "Should I use this tile to expand my city, or should I place it near my opponent instead, giving him a hard time to complete his project and score points?" Since players place only one tile and have the option to place one meeple on it, turns proceed quickly even if it is a game full of options and possibilities.

Sign me up for Carcassonne.
Cheryl Lynn is going to bring Dominion next week, 6:30, 6 players, 45 minutes.
Since I posted my intention to bring Maria to last night's event, 4-5 people have expressed interest in playing the game. Therefore, I will make the offer to bring it out again on the 25th. This time, though, ill only wait until Friday morning (the 21st) for 2 players to sign up. This way, it gives me a chance to sign up for other games if there aren't enough takers for Maria.
Basic Information on Maria:
3 players
War game
Designed by Richard Sivel
I will aim to start at 630 and we should be able to wrap things up by 11.
I feel like some more miniature fun, so I'm going to bring out the WoW Miniatures. I'm planning on playing a quick battleground for those who don't know how to play the game and/or as a warm-up, and then I'm going to run a WoW Miniatures Raid afterwards. Starting earlier then last time so we can hopefully finish the raid this time. xD A battleground usually lasts between an hour to 90 minutes, and the raid will take anywhere from 1-4 hours. Can be the same players or different players for the battleground and the raid.
4 players. Battleground 6:30-8pm, Raid 8pm onward.

Let the heroes of Warcraft enter your world! Arrows fly through the air, axes crush the unwary, and spells illuminate the landscape. From the forests of Ashenvale to the rolling dunes of Tanaris - Horde, Alliance & Monsters battle for domination! Victory is huge in this miniature world. The battle is here. Cut your opponent down to size! |

Hey Cory, where this is a long and involved game, we would rather get a firm commitment on your attendance. Let us know when you know for sure if you are coming and we will book you into the game. Do not want to tie up a slot for a tentative booking, ok?

Sorry, Dominion has been cancelled!
BUT I am teaching March 5th if that helps!
I hope to be at CC sometime after 7:30 pm, which means I won't pre-register for any games. However, I'm sure I'll find a spot in a game or two, and I'll bring along my current favorite filler card game (Elephant in a Porcelain Shop), if anyone is interested in learning/playing later in the evening.
I'm in for Catan
Sign me up for Catan as well
I am ambassador tonight so will not be getting involved in much until 8pm or so. I will bring a couple of games to possibly play around 8:00 or 8:30
