Sunday Limited Magic *Magic: The Gathering*
DESCRIPTION
Sunday is Limited day at ComicReaders Downtown. We alternate back and forth from week to week playing Draft and Sealed Deck, usually with the most recent set. Limited is a great way to learn to play competitive Magic without needing to have a large collection, and a great way to acquire new cards.

Almost every Sunday in September at 12:00 (Normally runs until 16:00)
September 8 (Sealed)
September 15 (Draft)
September 29 (Draft)
There is no Limited on September 22 because of the Theros Pre-Release.
The September 29 event is a Draft event to celebrate the release of Theros. It is also the second step on the Hero's Path. At the September 29 Draft event there will be a special challenge. If you complete that challenge you will receive a new Hero card.

so whatever happened to the special modern masters tourneys? I was waiting to hear more about a draft for non-invitees and never heard anything. I was in the store the other day and saw that you were selling packs for $12.99. does that mean the drafts were cancelled?
Not cancelled but interest waned in August. The store still has Modern Masters left. Some is for sale now and some can be used for drafts if the interest returns. We need 8 to run a draft.

Now that I'm back from holidays and caught up at work, I am indeed still interested. We have the results from all the Modern Masters drafts so with some effort we can make a list of the top players and extend the invites. We'll hold that after Theros pre-release and release events.
