ComicReaders' Downtown Warhammer 40k Escalation League - Season 2 - 2000 Point Tournament

DESCRIPTION
A 2000 point tournament to end Season 2 of the ComicReaders Downtown Warhammer 40k Escalation League. Players from the Escalation League use the knowledge they have obtained during the escalation months to create a strong army to fight other armies and hopefully come away victorious!
DATE & TIME
Sunday, May 19, 2013 @ 10am - 6:00pm
ComicReaders Downtown will open for Tournament players at 10am on Sunday. (Store opens to the public at 12pm.) We anticipate the Tournament ending around 6:00 pm. The store will close to the public at 5pm.
TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE & PRIZES
Note: Structure may change no later than 2 days before the tournament.
Only 1 force organization will be allowed, allies and fortifications are allowed to be taken.
Regarding terrain, since terrain is pre-set up, if you are using fortifications, you are not allowed to remove or replace pieces of terrain.
Players are required to have at least 2 copies of their roster on hand. A copy of the roster needs to be submitted to the store at the beginning of the tournament, any discrepancies in the list and what is fielded will result in disqualification from prizes. Players are recommended to have a copy of their FAQ on hand in case army specific questions are asked by the opponent.
Games will promptly start at 10:15am. Each round of play will be a maximum of 2 hours, if the game is not finished, it will end on the closest full game turn, and the game will be decided by what is dictated in the book. There will be a last 15 minute warning for the end of each round.
First round of play will be Big Guns Never Tire on the Vanguard Strike battlefield, starting at 10:15am, a short lunch break is available before start of the second round.
Second round of play will be The Relic on the Dawn of War battlefield, starting at the latest 1:00pm
Third round of play will be Purge the Alien on the Hammer and Anvil battlefield, starting at the latest 3:30pm
Terrain will be pre set-up, along with where the table should be split for Vanguard Strike.

Eldar is rumoured to come out in November, right around the time for season 3 of our Warhammer 40k Escalation League
High carumba. Whats the next army to be updated then? I thought eldar was july at the latest
Funny I heard that Eldar are next month, and that they are not getting a bunch of new plastic kits, just Wraithguard and a new tank.
Well we'll find out next month if it's Eldar or not. Edit: I didn't see the updated rumours for the release, it does unofficially look like Eldar. But my next point holds true.
Please refrain from further talking about what is being released next since this should be for tournament discussion/questions.
