March 15 we will be encouraging players with a special challenge, to create a "Pauper" deck. Not every player will have to play a pauper deck to participate in this FNM but all pauper participants will receive a number of older promotional cards.

What is Pauper?
Pauper is a different format for creating a Magic deck, players are not allowed rares or mythic in their deck. The deck must still be within the standard format.

The top 2 players of Pauper players will also receive a promotional Farseek.

I had a customer ask this today so I decided to post here as well.

Yes, you are allowed uncommons in your Pauper deck.

We had 29 players for FNM on Friday night and 19 of those players brought pauper decks. Fantastic!
