Designed by Bruno Cathala and Ludovic Maublanc, Cleopatra and the Society of Architects is a fun and engaging family game that includes a true, three-dimensional palace that players compete to build. Players strive to become the wealthiest of Cleopatra's architects by constructing the most magnificent and valuable parts of her palace.

Players, however, will be tempted to deal with shady characters and trade in materials of dubious origins in order to help them build faster. While these corrupt practices might allow an architect to stay a step ahead of the rest, they come with a high price – cursed Corruption Amulets honoring Sobek, the Crocodile-god. When Cleopatra finally strolls into her new palace, at the end of the game, the most corrupt architect (the one with the most amulets) will be seized and offered as a sacrifice to her sacred crocodile! Only then will the wealthiest architect, from among those still alive, be selected and declared the winner of the game.

An inevitability in the world of comics, methinks.

In any case, put me down for the game of Legendary, I wanna give it another shot. After that, I'll host a game of Formula D. I don't see Legendary taking much more than an hour, so I can probably start Formula D as early as 7:30, I think? I can say 8:00/8:30 to be safe. In any case, it takes approximately 2 hours and can play up to 10 people.

Sorry legendary should take a hour  and I want to play some formula de  too thanks

I will be bringing Settlers of Catan, for a game at 8. Colleen will be playing as well, so that leaves 2 open slots. I expect to be playing with the Fishermen of Catan variant.

Arrrrgh. So it appears they posted my schedule today and I have to work this Tuesday. I'm still trying to negotiate something, but odds are I won't be able to make it this week. I was under the assumption that they were giving me Tuesdays off, but I guess I was wrong. I need to start complaining more.

I haven't pre-registered for any games tomorrow but I plan on bringing For the Win. It's actually a two player game but I also have the expansion tiles for it, which converts it into a 2 to 4 player game. If anyone would like to learn it/play it, just ask me about it at tomorrow's CC.
