DESCRIPTION
A 7.6 magnitude earthquake has leveled Gotham City, transforming it into a lawless wilderness–a "No Man's Land" of anarchy completely cut off from the outside world. In a temporary alliance, the Batman has charged none other than Lock-Up to act as warden in a make-shift prison populated by criminals the Caped Crusader captures!
