Prairie Game eXpo is made possible thanks to the help of volunteers. This thread is to help schedule volunteers running the Prairie Game eXpo.

Registration Table Schedule
Role: Welcoming attendees, making sure everyone signs the log book, answering questions.

9am - 10am: Matt Robertson
10am - 11am: Brent Stephansson
11am - 12pm: Brittani Bruder
1pm - 2pm: Dyson Yobb
2pm - 3pm:
3pm - 4pm:
4pm - 5pm: SteamPunch
5pm - 9pm: Open doors. We ask that all ambassadors keep watch for people in need.

Learn to Play
Role: Teaching easy / accessible games to people. "Learn to Play" is a PGX initiative to help introduce new games to PGX attendees. Game teachers will teach a single game to groups of people over a two-hour block. Games duration should be about 1/2 hour length (one-hour length maximum with teaching). Please contact us here if you're interested.

9am - 11am: Brittani Bruder

11am - 1pm: Lori MacKenzie / Murray Bennett
1pm - 3pm: Chris Mouly
3pm - 5pm: Colin Dearborn

so is the plan to only have one person teaching at a time?
I can take the early one, or the 1 PM or double up if you think there will be enough to warrant

Posted on another thread but I will post here too.  I want to get in on the dexterity tournament but my shift at the door starts at 11.  Would anyone be interested in switching shifts?
